Our Mid-levels consult with the interdisciplinary team on clinical issues to achieve optimal patient outcomes utilizing evidenced-based findings and core measures. Collaboration with nursing leadership to identify clinical activities that facilitate and mentor growth in professional nursing practice is a key element to success at Lakeland Regional Health. Here, we encourage our Mid-levels to engage in clinical and professional leadership activities including nursing shared governance, hospital-based committees, community, and regional and/or national organizations and specialty-based program development.
