Lakeland Regional Health's comprehensive rehab unit is designed to optimize outcomes and maximize interaction between the patient, family and therapist. Our state-of-the-art, 32 private bed unit features:

  • Patient-centered private treatment rooms
  • State-of-the-art, in-room patient lift system
  • 2500 square foot physical therapy gym


Redefining Recovery

Continuity of care, maximizing treatment and ensuring consistency to create the best possible outcome are at the center of The Bannasch Institute for Advanced Rehabilitation Medicine model. Team work is an integral part of this program.

  • Patients are grouped by diagnosis to facilitate communication among team members
  • Collaboration with team members and families starts on day one
  • Blended treatment approach will take therapeutic activities from 3 to up to 10 hours a day
